New Electric 3T Process Ready for Launch

ESES has completed building and testing an electrically powered 3T Processor. This processor was designed and tested in collaboration with students at the University of Kentucky. The energy needed to drive the process comes from a heating element commonly found in home hot water heaters. Temperature is controlled using a voltage regulator to increase or decrease the power going to the heating element. Although the processor is currently being run with household electricity, tests are underway to convert it the solar, eliminating the need for grid power. The electric process is simple to operate and requires little operator intervention, while still maintaining product quality and efficiency. ESES plans to field test our newest processor in 2021.
