A Trash to Tank Processor has recently completed its journey from Paducah, Kentucky to Kampala, Uganda. ESES volunteers Ronald Kizza, Jackline Aboth, Sandrah Ahereza, and Emmanuel Omia received the processor on behalf on AICAD Uganda Country Director, Professor Noble Banadda. The processor at the AICAD facility will be used for training and demonstration purposes. ESES has entered a formal partnership with AICAD to provide training on the Trash-to-Tank process. ESES volunteers in Uganda will begin conducting trial runs with the Trash to Tank processor and be available for training and demonstration of the technology. This is the second processor ESES has shipped to the African continent, following the processor sent earlier in 2021 to the Dakar American University of Science and Technology in Senegal.
